In accordance with consumer protection laws, you can request a return for a change of mind within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.

· In the body of the email, please provide your full name and the reason for the return.
Refund: The full purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days after the returned product arrives at our distribution center. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost.
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

· In the body of the email, please provide your full name, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, attach photos or videos showing the issue.
Refund or Exchange: After analyzing the product, which may take up to 30 days, we will contact you to arrange a refund or send a new product, according to your preference.
For your convenience, Sdesign Store covers all return shipping costs.
· After your request is approved, we will send you a postage code via email.
· You will need to take the packaged product to a post office for shipping.
· We recommend using the original packaging from your purchase (if it's not damaged) or a sturdy box that will protect the item during transit.
